The Missouri Council of Faculty Administrators (MCSA) is the umbrella group for 2 autonomous statewide skilled associations of public college administrators. The Missouri Association of Faculty Directors (MASA) serves college superintendents. The Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals (MAESP) serves elementary and center faculty principals.
Dr. Terry Adams, Superintendent of the Wentzville R-IV Faculty District, has been named the Missouri Superintendent of the 12 months by the Missouri Affiliation of School Administrators (MASA). The announcement of the award was made in the course of the Missouri Faculty Boards' Affiliation and MASA joint fall conference held at Tan-Tar-A Resort October 1.
As the winner of this award, Adams obtained an award acknowledging his selection; a $500 scholarship for a student within the Wentzville School District and a commemorative ring. The award is sponsored by the PFM Asset Administration, LLC, which is this system administrator for the Missouri Securities Investment Program. As the recipient of this award, Adams will represent Missouri in the Nationwide Superintendent of the Yr program carried out by the American Association of School Administrators.
Adams has been employed by the Wentzville School District as Superintendent of Faculties since July, 2006. He has served previously as Superintendent of Faculties for the Rolla Public College District, the Central R-III Faculty District and the Arcadia Valley R-II College District.

Adams has been elected by his peers to characterize Missouri on the Governing Board of the American Affiliation of College Administrators. He was the Missouri College Public Relations Association Superintendent of the Yr in 2010. He has served as President of the Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Hospital Board and chairperson of the Wentzville Rotary Vocational Committee.
